Privacy policy

This policy explains how 911studio processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Controller

The controller of your personal data is 911studio. Contact details are listed in the Contacts section.

Data we process

• First and last name
• Phone number and email address
• Vehicle details (make, model, year)
• Photos of the vehicle you send us
• The content of your message or inquiry

Purpose and legal basis

We process data to handle your inquiry, prepare a quote and carry out the job, based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract and pre-contractual steps). Publishing your review or sending news happens only with your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Retention

Inquiries that do not turn into a job are deleted automatically after the period configured by the studio, by default 180 days. Records of completed jobs are kept for the period required by accounting and tax law.

• Hosting provider with servers in the EU
• Email service provider
• Telegram, for internal studio notifications about new inquiries

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. You may withdraw consent at any time. You can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ).
