Terms of service

These terms govern the services provided by 911studio.

Booking

A booking becomes binding once confirmed by the studio. You can book via the website, by phone or through a messenger.

Prices

Prices on the website are indicative. The final price is set after inspecting the car, based on its condition and the scope of work. Additional work is only carried out with your approval.

Deposits and cancellation

Jobs over CZK 20,000 require a 30% deposit. Bookings can be cancelled or moved free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. For later cancellations the studio may apply the deposit to materials already ordered.

Vehicle acceptance

At drop-off we inspect the car together and document its condition, including photos. Existing defects are recorded in the handover protocol.

Liability and warranty

We are responsible for the car for the entire time it is at the studio. Our work carries a warranty depending on the service, and materials are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The warranty does not cover mechanical damage or failure to follow aftercare instructions.

Payment

Payment is accepted in cash, by card or by bank transfer. The car is handed over once paid in full.
